- Tin Tomatoe puree
- 2 med onions, pepper, tomatoes
- Beef cubes
- Vegetable oil
Method of Preparation
Rinse the tomatoes, pepper and 11/2 onion, then blend. Slice the remaining onion and fry in the vegetable oil.
Now, add the grind ingredients and leave to cook. Rinse the fish and add to ingredient. Cover and allow to simmer for a bit. Add a pinch of salt to some water and sprinkle it dry garri. Mix the garri and add the cooked ingredients gradually until mixture is well covered with stew.
Serve hot with rice, beans spaghetti or just eat it like that..
